There is a lot of talk in the science-health world, always, on how to extend human life. Since science became a thing....it's been trying to figure out how to make the human almost invincible or at least death defying. The question is: How can we optimize our experience of living and how can we live longer? All sorts of treatments within the beauty industry encourage us to purchase with the promise that youth will return and we will look younger. The supplement industry is pretty much the same story: take our supplement and you will have your life extended or your age reversed or ... whatever promise they want to sell you. Posh clinics in big cities will over infusions of sea minerals and other things that will reduce your age. ... And truthfully, most of it is a load of crap. 

Even though many people may suspect this, they might still feel desperate to achieve that level of amazing human life. That promised extension to live in the human body and feel good for a loooong time. 

But, here is the truth. Having a long and robust life comes from hard work and dedication to some basic truths. The biggest on of those being, you are a part of nature. It really always turns back to that. 

When we neglect this basic awareness and try to bypass it constantly, we find that we are then in need of repair and this is the zone where the lies of whatever industry promising "eternal youth" really focuses on. 

The repair of undoing whatever miss-alignment with nature we have engaged in. 

When we focus on living in tune with nature in a very simple manner, humble to the reality, that we are borrowed earth with the breath of all life moving us into conscious life, then we tap into this truth that sustains a robust and healthy life. 

I know that just got philosophical...but


Here is some thing to ponder. 

The same things that make your life healthy, robust and long also make you fertile. In other words, they are one and the same. It is a dance of co creation with the Divine. Put whatever term or label on it you choose, if you are alive you are moment by moment a part of a cosmic dance that is Life. And, in order to naturally conceive, carry and birth a human being, you are also in a cosmic dance, ever so directly, with the Divine Life Force that makes up all living matter. 


My work is with the female largely, but I also impact the male population and work with them; especially when it comes to fertile health. And while so many women find their partner to be reluctant when it comes to working on their "fertile" health, they are much more interested in this story when it is entered from a place of optimizing their experience as human. More testosterone, better sleep, more energy to pursue life passions, all come hand in hand with a life aligned with nature. 



And aligning with Life is what this is all about. Whether you are looking to conceive or experience a longer vibrant life, the work of the human is in humble devotion to the truth that we are part of nature. 


I've already said this above, but what exactly do I mean by this: "part of nature" concept. 

When I say it is imperative for us to be in tune with nature; living aligned with all of Life or other such terms, I am saying that when we choose this awareness we have a greater advantage to succeed. 

Our world is constantly trying to sell us artificial everything. Artificial food (majority of every grocery store), artificial life (tv shows), artificial light (you're looking at it), artificial reproduction technology (it's a whole expanding field of science). There is a lot of artificial out there and the truth is more and more of it will be appearing for you, to decide how authentic you want to be. 

You cannot artificial your way into a long life. You cannot artificial your way into a natural conception. You cannot artificial yourself into a robust life. 


That is the truth. 

Going to bed with the sun is a humble act in our modern time where all our artificial lights tell us we have such important things to do with them on. And yet, if we go to sleep with the dark and wake with the sunshine; we don't experience all the hormone disruption that comes from artificial light exposure. Yes, that "middle age tire" around your waist, might just be years of light abuse to your body. So, shut your lights off, get aligned with nature and sleep, it's sacred. 

Eat foods from the earth as close to nature as you can get them; I'm not talking about lentil pasta. Eating in season, locally and fresh is always the best option. No packaged convenience does not align with nature. Doing the hard work, the humble act of being in living communion with the Life energy you are putting into your Life is sacred and should be engaged with as such. Touching your food with your own hands as you prepare it makes it more nutritionally compatible for your body. No science has not yet caught on to this, but that does not make it less true. 

Move your body for rhythm, relaxation and rejuvenation (to enhance your life). I cannot express how un-rejuvenating hitting the gym sounds. If that is your only option, find ways to make it rejuvenating, by all means. But, if your movement can be a way of life, dancing with the ones you love, stretching before bed like a cat in a time warp (slow and thoughtfully releasing the energy of your day) and lifting heavy things like logs to help your friends through the forest path as you hike together, or helping your friend build that patio from the ground up is the sort of movement that will feel most rejuvenating. Nor does it sound like something you need to "hype" yourself up for....or take a "pre-workout" to achieve. It sound real and life giving, with purpose and community built into it. The rhythm of motion in your body as you dance around a fire or at a rave....is significantly more oxytocin  producing than the cold hard gym. 

And yes, you can probably see, how vital I feel aligning with nature is. Attuning your life to LIFE. To be truly life giving and life enriching in every way. 

So, even if you never intend to have a natural conception and your past the time of life where you would even entertain that thought, this all still stands true. 

Being diligent to our bodies and living in a humble manner is what gives us a robust experience and lengthens our life span. And, doing it alongside others who also have the vision to live a fully vibrant life makes it so much better. 

Community is one of the most important factors in quality of life, second to that of a healthy body and for some it can be the most important factor. 

So, if you feel hesitant to create those friendships where you are actively dancing together, hiking together and building together, perhaps this is your nudge to get a little more aligned with life. So you too can feel the robust enriching aspects that were meant for you all along. 

Nature is filled with many but different (think leaves of trees) and when we are able to have friendships and community (of diverse humans) that reaches deeply into our lives, we are enhancing and infusing our experience that much more to be robust and nourishing.



So whether you are looking to increase your lifespan or create a new human life, living aligned with nature is the wisest way to achieve your goal. And don't forget to include the people you love, because they are part of what makes you thrive.
