Intentions

Today, I am sitting down while the full moon energy is still lingering to talk to you about intentions. 

The word intention means many different things: The action or fact of intending; An aim that guides an objective; What one intends to do or bring about; The object for which a prayer is offered; A determination to act in a certain way.....

And when I talk about intentions it often encompasses many of these and yet, there is an element to the word intention that is limited by these definitions. 

When you look up the etymology of the work, it brings it in closer. It incorporates, emotions, feelings, thoughts, actions, visions and more; to stretch them out, to give attention to, to heed, extend towards a vision, to be zealous. 

We all use this word differently at different times and points in our lives and that is what I want to share about. 

For many years, I have been writing intentions about my life. Stretching my vision forward to some degree or another. Envisioning a beautiful and sometimes different aspect of my world around me. And for the first time ever, this year, I decided to bring that practice live to and with you through the Blessings space within Infuse and Nourish. 

Why? Because I have felt it's direct power and influence in my life over and over again. 

I first started this practice in combination with the new moon, through a journal that I had invited into my life. And, allowed it to morph and grow through various layers and stages of my life. And now, for the past few years, I have used it in combination with breathwork and felt it exponentiate with the impact it creates in my life. I feel like I have shared snippets here and there about it, but, I have used intentions for so much; from relationship things, to parenting things, money, business, big trips, safety for loved ones and even just how I want my day to flow. 

Our metaphysical power to stretch ourselves forward in time and create a beautiful experience is profound and a largely untapped aspect of human potential. 


And I am all about expanding the human potential for the best and most divine expression of human!

We all know there are tons of "unspoken" or "unrealized" intentions that are floating around out there and even negative intentions. Like ill will towards others or that desire to "get back" at someone for one reason or another. Or even intentions to harm or prey on others and more float around us all the time and are a real part of this reality. It is up to us, though, in our personal lives to craft those intentions well. To truly look at what we are "stretching forward". 

Is it the thoughts of "my life will always look like..."? Is it more unrealized and just a completely unconscious way of living, relating to our lives that we are stuck in? Is it a disbelief that we have power to tweak and adjust the elements of or lives for the better? 

I know for me, when I was first introduced to this idea, I thought it was a very silly notion. But the more I learned and leaned into it, the more aware of it's power I became. And now, I use it often! 


There are so many different stories and lives we get to lead out there, and the question is, what are we intending? 


Using your fullest human potential to intend a beautiful life feels like second nature now to me, but it didn't at one time. And, while I am so thankful I get to intend with all of you and share this beautiful practice live and in person on each new moon; I know that for many it feels clunky and awkward and really foreign. 

And that my friends, is because of the intentional and widespread lie that the human has little to no power over their lives. 

It simply is not true. We have so much power. And, especially females who literally connect with the infinite of creative energy and or have the potential to, every month when they open and release. They also open and receive. 

But, even if your bleed is no more and you are now in the realm of wise old woman, beyond menopause; you too still have this connection to and with life to create in a beautiful way! 

All humans do! It's all about what you are intending. 

May our intentions be healthy for ourselves. 
May our intentions be healthy for others. 
May our intentions be uplifted to see the world at large with deeper compassion. 
May our intentions be in (within us), tended (cared for dearly), with devotion, with love and with blessings for all. 

And may we begin to know on a deeper level the extent of our power to create more love, more beauty and more peace in this world! 

Because we have a world to grow, a beautiful one, if we intend it to be. 

Now, I am going to get deeper and share about my intentions for this vision I have that is still taking form, every day. 

This is more about what Sacred Nectar of Patria is and is becoming. 

When I first started this offering in the world, I had intentions of nourishing people one on one. Growing together with other mothers, fathers; all humans that wanted to live their best life. 

And that hasn't changed. I've changed my "slogan" a few times and even my approach and the people that I reach has morphed, but it still remains the same. 

But after becoming mother again (meaning mother of 2), it became really clear to me that my one on one work was very limiting. So, I opened my reach to including offerings to groups of people through different learning containers (Womb Circle, Me and Mommy move with Nature, Summer 2024 Movement Series, Embracing Grief, Streams in the Desert, Rewilding Pleasure Pathways, Sacred Nourish Infusions through local markets). And over the past two years, that is my main form of interaction with all of you. Though I was planning to hold a container for mothers and fathers to be (Radiantly Conscious Conceptions), specifically, this year....it got thrown out to re intend this vision forward. 

I am growing once more and changing how I interact with all of you and how you reach me.  

I've had the intention to expand in so many ways, and yet finding the right method and means has been my biggest challenge. 

As I mentioned above, there is a new dimension of my work and that is the free space within my community where I interact with and bless others also interested in living their most vibrant life through motherhood, fatherhood and or just adulthood. 

The reach is far and wide and people who want to live from their fullest expression are who is there and who is welcome! 

Though my focus is largely on mothers, fathers and mothers and fathers to be; it's ok to not be in those categories and still find the work of being a fully expressed, vibrant human living aligned with your highest potential, to be of importance. 

Truthfully, all adults should be in this category, but there is this thing that happens when you become a parent where you realize just how important this really is for the future...or at least, that is how it was for me. 

So, my focus is there; in the new space; in the intention that is now reality. To expand you through the blessings of weekly check ins, intention setting and more. 

As I continue to work and grow this vision, I am also learning and growing myself. As a Projector in Human Design, my gift is to literally help others thrive with my presence and unique insight. It's part of the energy I am sending out and that returns to me often in the form of those closest to me who witness this in real time. 

Within Infuse and Nourish you have the option of experiencing that too.  

Up leveling to a "reciprocation by money level" means you access a greater level of presence with me on many dimensions. Because part of re-evaluating and growing this work has involved letting go of hyper production on the podcast and getting the Sacred Nourish Infusions out to all of you; I've reimagined it. 

In fact, I begin to intend it into a new way and only recently found the solution through this new iteration of my work. 

An intended vision, that includes so much and more than the limited scopes of what my previous reach was. And I can't wait to share it all with you!
