Postpartum is a very sacred time for both mother and baby. Utilizing this time to properly nourish the mother is one of the best things we can do for not only mothers, but also all the future of humanity. 

The care I provide postpartum ranges from: 

  • meals and in-home meal preparation
  • body care: including womb massage, light body work, yoni steaming
  • help around the home (laundry, dishes, light cleaning)
  • herbal infusions and hormonal rebalancing support
  • birth processing - emotional witnessing and attunement
  • new born care
  • energy clearing
  • closing the birth portal 
  • warming the mother
